You have back aches all the time from the weight of them and you have problems with sleeping on your tummy because they make it uncomfortable. I never liked having big boobs because sometimes you get the wrong attention, I was never more happy then when my size DD boobs went down to C when i lost weight.

Back aches, shoulder pain. I've been able to eliminate that with industrial bras, but they aren't really pretty. They are always in your way when you pick up babies or kitties. Napkins in your lap are totally useless because it falls on your chest instead.

The worst part though is the negative feedback. Men talk to your boobs instead of your face. You are hit on for sex by all sorts of men and it's humiliating. It can also affect your ability to get a job because neither men nor women want to hire you because you are a 'distraction.' I had to deliberately dress somewhat frumpy in order to hide the chest.

Had I know that my insurance covered reduction, I would have done that immediately! Alas, I no longer have that insurance.

I guess it depends on whether they are real or not. Real ones are effected by gravity, so all of those pretty little Victoria Secret bras do nothing for you. In fact, it is almost impossible to find decent bras that fit well without spending a fortune. They fill shirts out nicely, but they are constantly in your way. Gravity hits hard, fast, too. Things don't stay where they are supposed to at an early age. You have to wear a bra all the time, you have to hold them down when you run, and spaghetti straps are out of the question.

It's like they say: Those who have them, hate them; those who don't, want them; those who really want them, buy them.

It can be great, but it's hard to find pretty bras, and the straps can dig into your shoulders. The main thing though is it can be a real pain in the back, particularly lower back. It's also a pain in the butt when you run, it feels like you are going to hit yourself in the face sometimes, and because they bounce so much it can really hurt.

Uncomfortable.

Pain: neck, shoulders, back

Rashes under your boobs, grooves in your shoulders due to the bra digging in.

It is not as glorious as some people think it is, and those are usually smaller wishing to be bigger. It isn't all that.
