I used to work at a vitamin store and they had multivitamins called "The Ultimate Woman", etc. multivitamins for women, and for men "The Ultimate Man". And I always wondered what would happen if a woman took the multivitamins for men and vice-versa. Would she/he get sick or would they after awhile of taking it begin to have hormone changes, such as would a woman grow facial hair, have her voice deepen, etc., if she took these multivitamins, and would a man get a higher-pitched voice, lose body/facial hair, etc. if he took these mutlivitamins for awhile? I am just curious.

One of my 17 year old daughters gets horrible cramps with her period. She ends up taking advil every 6 hours, is in a horrible mood and refuses to do anything besides sit with a hot water bottle. Her period recently started to become irregular and this kind of pain affects her once she gets her period after not getting it for 2-3 months. Endometriosis and fertility problems do run in the family so I made her an appointment to see a doctor for late April.Are these symptoms of anything else that i can look into before then? No nasty comments please

I live about 200 miles away, so I can't stay with her unless (hopefully not) she starts having a lot of problems. I did drive in so I could drive her to the doctor's, but I was wondering if there is anything I could buy before I left to make her time easier.

She's got enough food until I come back for the next treatment, enough dog and cat food and a friend is coming over to deal with the cat litter inbetween the times that I'm coming back home. So she isn't going to be touching the cat litter. (She likes this idea a little bit too much)

She's got cleaning materials, tp, papertowels, antibacterial hand gel, sensitive teeth tooth paste, hydrogen peroxide based mouthwash.

Anything else I should get for her?

can you get pregnant on the depo shot? i had my first dose 2/28 and i have been bleeding lightly since 3/15. can i be pregnant? i feel like throwing up all the time and when i eat something i want to throw up but it wont come out. i had sex 24 hrs after i had the shot and many times after that with no protection... i also had a baby january 10th. help??? has this happend to you? should i go get tested??

Inserting the tampon doesn't hurt, but when I take it out, it hurts unless i sort of stretch my hymen around the tampon, and it is sometimes hard to do that. how come it hurts to pull it out unless i move the hymen around it? is that the easiest way to do it? i have to go slow and bring the tampon to just at the opening then stretch the skin around the tampon or it hurts to pull out.

I was going home from school today . While I was in the bus , it stopped at a red light. The guy in the car right next to us opened his front window and his zipper was open and his thing was popped. I just started Birth Control about a week ago. The purpose was to help my painful cramps. The doc made me start on the med when I was on my period. It has been a day after when I should be off of my period, so why am I still bleeding?

The bleeding is light to medium, but not really like my period.

I have an appointment with my doc this Tuesday so any suggestions would be nice.
