i am a girl and i want to smell clean and fresh all the time because now is the time when me and my boyfriend will be having sex soon. i just don't want to be embarassed, so please help me.

The best thing that you can do is just shower every day and use plain and simple soap and water. Do not dousche as it robs your body of all the naturals. You can buy some feminine deodorant spray for the extra boost of feeling fresh. You can also use moist wipes after using the bathroom. That helps the area stay cleaner than using just toilet paper alone.

1. Always bath in the tub instead of showering ex-specially if you guys have sex, showering only washes off so much. But bathing soak-es you can also clean out the insides if you know what I mean. Try swishing the water in and out with your legs that will force the water in and out of you know. 2. Try using dousing after intercourse if you guys don't use a condom if you guys do don't worry about that part.3. It is always best to bring personal wipes or a small zip-lock bag in your purse with baby wipes in it for personal cleanliness sorry so graphic hope it helps . p

firstly i'm not gonna spout anti-sex quotes, so just be safe. you may be aware of a conscious odor down there, but its usually your body's natural smell. if you want to remain fresh and prepared, just shower regularly, DO NOT DOUCHE, wear cotton underwear and if you feel like there's an odor eminating, a great product is playtex personal wipes. they're not terribly expensive and don't smell weird and they'll make you feel refreshed. they also come in handy after any sexual activity and during your period. hope this helps

Don't Douche!!!! Just shower regularly and use a Little baby powder.. Keep some always fresh wipes too. U can keep them in your purse! And please use condoms!

you just need to go and buy some massengill douche or any type of douche.douching does help keeping you fresh for those special times when it is needed
