i have never really had to diet, ive always been at a weight that i was happy with, but now im about 30 lbs. heavier than i would like, how do i lose the weight but without having to devote alot of time to do?

Pilates is great to do after having a child. I had gained 30 pounds from my pregnancy and within 3 months it was gone. I did a 30 minute dvd every morning and really watched what I ate. Good luck and congrats on your new little one!

I lost all my weight doing Weight Watchers. I lost 30 pounds in less than three months. It is not hard to do and you have the option of going to a meeting, working the program on-line, or doing it yourself. One of the best resources is listed below. I recently just started taking hoodia and it really works as well. Best of luck to you in your weight loss goals.

Basically eat Nuthing but Fruits & veggies (dont do 2 much excersize bcuz u need 2 relax) but u can treat urself every 1ce n a while. dont try & lose the weight TOO fast or it will leave ur stomach looking like a Raison.

Try doing yoga and eating healthy foods and after the yoga try using exercising machines or barbells even.

Put your new 'near and dear' in the stroller and walk, walk, walk.
