I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago. My period didn't arrive in February and it is late this month, but my periods are never regular. I took a pregnancy test last week, and it was negative, would it be too early to take another one now? I only have one and have no money to buy any more, so I want to make sure it will definately work and give me the correct answer!! I have had no pregnancy symptons except a missed period. my wife has had health problems with the general area of her abdomen , and has been seeing a number of doctor to try and find a problem that after countless test , and countless years now have not received any answers. now after around 7 years , they are apparantly going to give her a hysterectomy , even though the symptoms such as bleeding , fibroids and all the other stuff dont exist in this situation, for a match in symptoms , it seems more likely just in plain guessing that the symptoms would suggest endometriosis, from a carers perspective , I dont think the hysterectomy will fix anything , as all things have been exausted to try and find a problem. will doctors remove anything if a patient request removal of something , if the symptoms dont exist for a particular problem?

I know alot about health care b/c have been in nursing for 21 years,BUT I worked mostly with sub-acute patients and the elderly.My 12 year old daughter is having her 2nd period and it is vey very heavy.She went through 6 pair of under wear and pants in 6 hours.I bought her some womens overnight pads and she bled so heavy they were literally saturated. She bled clear down her legs.I helped her clean up but she is so embarrased and feels lousy.My 18 year old never bled this heavy.Is it normal to bleed so much on her second period?Her 1st one was in November 2006,and this is her second one.Any information would be helpful.I have been washing clothes all weekend.

I had sex with my boyfriend and we both wanted it. I got everything ready - candles and everything. At first i told him to wait a bit because i felt a bit nervous. and he was ok then it was about 35 minutes later he got bored so i said ok go on with it. so we did it but he got rough with me. he scratched me a few times on my arms and shoulders and made me bleed quite a bit [girls you know wha i mean]. i told him to stop and he carried on for like 3 seconds then stopped. anyway i confronted him about it after..about him bein rough and he said that i told him once that i liked it rough. then he said i never told him to stop. i didn't tell him to stop at 1st because i wanted to have sex as much as he did but i didnt realise it was meant to be that rough? what should i do? by the way i don't plan to have sex with him again anytime soon

I'm 26, female, 5ft 5", two kids, healthy, on birth control pills,work full time, eat a normal diet but no matter how hard i try i cannot put on weight. I weigh 8st 3lbs (116lbs) which is pretty much underweight for me. Does anyone else have this problem and if so how can it be solved. Please don't just tell me to eat more.

I am on the BC pill Ortho Lo and I was wanting to switch to Loestrin24 when my year is up. Does anyone know if I would get breakthrough bleeding? I had that for two and a half weeks when I started the pill last year, but I am pretty sure that was because I never took it at the right times. After I did, I was fine and on time. What are the odds of that happening if I take it like I am suppose to?

I'm 22 years old and for the past year, I have noticed a lot of vaginal discharge. It's not very thick, just kind of wet. The color is whitish-clear and it doesn't smell. It's just uncomfortable to have this problem besides the fact that it is very embarrassing...it's gotten to the point where I have to where panty liners every day!! My daughter is almost 39 weeks. Last nite she became extremely irritable but we put it off as her being tired. Then this morning she came running in my room upset cause when she woke she had blood (not alot) on her panties. I told her that I think she had her bloody show. But since this morning she is someone I dont know. You just look at her and she gets mad. Shes so irritable I feel sorry for her. I asked her how she feels and she just says not like me. I ask her what she means and all she said was somethings different. She also said she is having soreness very bad in groin area. If this keeps up should she call her dr?

As of right now shes asleep and only wakes up to use bathroom and still feels the same not getting worse yet


remember she is 39 weeks and at last app. the dr told her she could go any time. Her cervix was almost 100% thinned and was starting to dilate, that was almost a week ago
