would that be always or just started recently - because a urinal infection can give that kinda effect, like a tingling when you pee as the infection worsens its likened to peeing razor blades. If your symptoms change to pain then you should go to a pharmasist or a Doctor to get the antibiotic.

No it is not possible in my opinion to have
an orgasm using the restroom
And this has never happened to me
I could be wrong' a cute guy walks on by as you enter
the restroom and I could see it as being possible yes
because something about this guy gets your attention
and then orgasm

yes, you think you have an orgasm. we always see what we expect to see. i think you never had an orgasm that's why you don't know what it really feels like.
