When I was in good shape, I was a 34-C, now that I've gotten fat, my breasts have ballooned! (Think DD+) I am getting myself back in shape and I hope to fit back into a regular size bra. I don't want to go and have a breast lift. I remember someone telling me that doing "girl" push ups will help to lift them, what about shrink them?

I know my diet is AWFUL. I don't cook and eat mostly cafeteria + fast food.

I've been considering taking a multi-vitamin for a long time. I have a history of osteoporosis in the family, and a doctor once told me that my bones are too thin.

SO! I want to take a multi-vitamin (Centrum) and a calcium supplement (Caltrate D).
Is this safe? Is there anything such as TOO MUCH CALCIUM?

Also, I read on the net that Centrum doesn't work because it isn't "time-released". Is this true? Does it matter?

I had the surgical procedure on Friday and today is Tuesday. I just started having steady, moderate bleeding today but have passed at least 10 clots about the size of quarters. Is this normal? How much is too much?

I'm 18, and I have been wanting to use tampons for a while, but the thing is that I don't know which one to buy. There are many types, and brands out there, and I don't no the differences between certain types either. And, I have not had intercourse, so will that make inserting a tampon uncomfortable. Overall I am sorta scared about it.

The condom broke last month, so I took Plan B. Had a really light period for 1 week followed by a heavy/normal period the next week. Last week, I had pains in my lower abdomen... thought maybe it was constipation. My periods are ALWAYS irregular, and I haven't had it again yet. Just wondering if I could be pregnant, or if I'm psyching myself out. Thanks so much!

I have been on the pill for years now and recently these past two weeks I have had horrible cramps off and on, but lower than where my normal cramps are. I have also been spotting off and on, usually in the morning when I first wake up. I do not believe I missed a pill and even if I did, this is not normal for me. There is no poosible way I could have an std either.

Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this or know what could be the cause. My boobs have also been really sore, but I am due for my period in a week and a half. Any thoughts?

I haven't had my period for about a month and a half.. maybe more. About a month ago i thought i was going to start because i had brown discharge ( which is usually how my period starts out & ends) .. that lasted a few days.. then went away. I haven't had sex for about 7 months. So I'm not pregnant.
I must say my period has NEVER been normal. I can remember times where i've gone a couple months without anything. Or gone 2 straight weeks with it.. then get it again 2 weeks later.
I keep thinking that i'm going to start by the moody days i've been having lately.. but nothing happens.
Have any ideas why I'm not getting it?

I was told today by my doctor that I have polycystic ovary trait. My FSH and LSH levels are very close to eachother, when with this they are normally way off. My period have always been out of wack. I haven't had a period in four months, I am on birth control (not pregnant). I have a hypothyroid. The doc said their is a weak link between the hypothyroid and PCO.

Anyone have experience or info on this? I did a websearch and saw that typically co-occurs with obesity (I am petit), type II diabetes (I have hypoglycemia)... and results in infertility.

I want to have kids, and am not sure if I should worry or not.

I was told it was sciatic but now im not so sure? in my lower back i get pain and i got someone to check my back and i have these little veins on my lower back and they change all the time and when i get my boyfriend to rub my back he will touch the veins and it hurts so much it makes me jump! If this isn't sciatic then what is it? Im only 18

I have PCOS and I do not have periods...probably haven't had one in over 2 years...I know that this is dangerous to not have one for that long...but I can't go to the doctor to get treatment right now. When I went the last time they gave me Provera to start my period and BC pills to keep it happening every month. Is there anything I can do to get the same effect without having to go to the doctor right now?

My period is exactly a month late today. I should have started my period on February 27th. My last period started on January 27th and it was normal. I had sex a few or more time the week of Valentines Day, which was when i was ovulating. I dont really have many symptoms. My periods late, i feel bloated, i get dizzy sometimes for no reason, no change in appetite, sleep, or how often i pee. I still smell things the same way i used to as before. I took an hpt on March 8th and it came back negative but still no period. Im only 16. Please dont criticize me for this. I just need help and as much advice as possible. I have a discharge thats like clear and clumpy-ish. I have been have cramps for about 2 weeks and i get these weird feelings in my lower abdomen area. Is there a possiblity that i might be pregnant? I have an appt. to take a test at a womens clinic on thursday. Im just nervous. If Im not pregnant then what could it be? My mom said that it might be becuz i have put on........
