I'm 18, and I have been wanting to use tampons for a while, but the thing is that I don't know which one to buy. There are many types, and brands out there, and I don't no the differences between certain types either. And, I have not had intercourse, so will that make inserting a tampon uncomfortable. Overall I am sorta scared about it.

They're nothing to be afraid of. I use the Pearl kind. Take your time with them. In the beginning, you may want to use both...like use pads during the day while at work or school and try using the tampons at home so that you'll have more privacy and time and not be in such a hurry. Read teh directions on the box. You'll be fine.

Tampax Pearl!

Inserting a tampon in has nothing to do with intercourse. Tampons are soo much easier than a penis! lol Dont be scared..just relax..you dont want to tense your vaginal muscles...relax and it will glide in!

get the one that best fit for you. If your cycle is heavy get the super kind, if its light get the light kind, sometimes you might have to wear a pad with them to just for a better caution
