Have you tried a "chillow" (pillow.) ? Would you reccommend it?

a friend swore by hers for the hot flashes she was having. She loved it!

May I know what are Chilow n Pillow ? By the way, I only know n understand Pillow but Jointly < Chillow n Pillow > ? Oh no. Never Heard.

Yes, I have tried the chillow. It was really uncomfortable, so I never did use it.
