okk well i didnt get it for 3 months(i still dont know why) but now i got it and it was only 3 days long when usualyl its 6 or 7 is that okk?

ps. im regular ive had it for over two years

I noticed from your other questions, that you've been fasting. Maybe that would affect your period. Of course the excessive drinking and binging might be a problem too. Oh, we don't want to forget your questions on excessive exercising now do we. Wow, I wonder why your period is messed up.

There are alot of reasons for missing periods, especially if you are very active. You should be fine but you might want to talk with the gyno at your next appointment. Birth control would also help you stay regular if you are really worried.

first off all please disregard yumi Chan's comment it is highly rare for that to happen. i am a nurse and i personally know that it is highly impossible for uterus shredding to back up! i believe that your period is normal. that can happen - it depends on how old you are too and stress factors can play a huge part. to ease your concern visit you local doctor so that you know 100% that their is nothing wrong. good luck!

ok all I got to say is go to the doctor to make sure because the blood might be backed up. thats what happened to someone I know and she's not able to have childeren. So go see a Doctor.

Stress , medication. Such disrupt periods. Not to worry.
U can see a Doc if u have niggling doubts.
Changes do occur.

totally normal. mine changed abruptly like that.
