i weigh 95 pounds right now... like a month ago i got really sick and i lost a lot of weight... and now i cant gain it back

ive tried eating a lot and stuff but nothing seems to work... what can i do?

putting on weight is NOT as hard as losing it. ask your docter how to gain weight while staying healthy :]

ooo!! i had the exact same problem! i weighed 94, but then i got sick just alittle while ago..and lost a lot! just follow these tips and ull be off to a good start! lol, we can do it together!

~ eat medium portions, frequently
~eat or drink at least 4 dairy products a day
~ eat lots of meat, protein will help you gain the healthy weight
~ drink water
~ eat at least 3 fruits and vegatables a day, i have to be better baout that!
~ eat 2 slices of bread or 2 servings of pasta
~ EVVEN THOUGH WE ARE TRYING T GAIN WEIGHT< WE HAVE TO STAY FROM UNHEALTHY SUGARS AND SWEATS
~ eat ice cream
~eat at least 2 eggs a week, but not too many!

When i was in high school i weighed 97 lbs and i always ate alot but nothing seemed to work. Them i got on birth control and it helped me gain weight. i dont know if this is an option for you but it really helped me.

Putting on weight is a lot harder then loosing it. You may have to see a dietition. I had the same problem but I don't have any problem now putting it on lol. Good luck.

hi eat lots of bread pasta and patotoes mostly close to when you go to bed so your body doesn't burn it off as fast hope this helped some:)
