I was told it was sciatic but now im not so sure? in my lower back i get pain and i got someone to check my back and i have these little veins on my lower back and they change all the time and when i get my boyfriend to rub my back he will touch the veins and it hurts so much it makes me jump! If this isn't sciatic then what is it? Im only 18

Def. not sciatic. I have a sciatic problem and it has nothing to do with veins that make you jump in pain. Sciatic is a nerve condition...which will make you jump in pain....but what you have sounds more like varicose veins. See your Dr sweetie
