I haven't had my period for about a month and a half.. maybe more. About a month ago i thought i was going to start because i had brown discharge ( which is usually how my period starts out & ends) .. that lasted a few days.. then went away. I haven't had sex for about 7 months. So I'm not pregnant.
I must say my period has NEVER been normal. I can remember times where i've gone a couple months without anything. Or gone 2 straight weeks with it.. then get it again 2 weeks later.
I keep thinking that i'm going to start by the moody days i've been having lately.. but nothing happens.
Have any ideas why I'm not getting it?

you say yourself that your period has never been regular. so many factors can influence your menstrual cycle as i am sure you know, including stress, if you have been sick etc. mine has the tendency to be irregular as well. if its unpredictability is bothering you, have you tried going on the birth control pill to regulate it? when i have been on the pill, i can predict when i'm going to get my period almost down to the hour. it's quite insane. plus i can also double up on packs and decide when i'm going to get my period, usually only 4 times a year. it rocks! :)

I'd go to the doctor I remember when I first got mine I had the discharge and then I didn't get it for 4 months and then I got mine again so but if you got your first one like in last year or this year it should be fine but if not you should go to a doctor

You should go to the doctor instead of worry you would know exactly whats wrong maybe it's the slow attack of an std on your body causing your period to stop. GO GET CHECKED OUT!

My period was very unperdictable too. My doctor told me it was because I was anemic. So he put me on birth control and it just made it worse. But maybe it would help you.
