Women's Health - January 2007

I thought of calling the doc about this, but I am always on hold forever....
So anyways, this is probably for women mostly--I mean unless a male doc reads this question.
For the past few months, about 10 days AFTER I END my period, I have discharge, and it has been a lot- I figure I am ovulating at that time- but just the past two months there is at least one day where it is red- or bloody--then gets light pink and goes away....this is not my period by the way.....it only lasts a day and its very light, and it is in the discharge- so not pure blood. Does anyone know if this is normal to have between periods, for one day? Should I schedule an annual? I am not due until August....

I am 39 soon to be 40...on birth control...but having alot of problems that I am not sure of...I am always tired, have a lot of spotting the whole month mostly when I go #2, some lower pelvice pain, bloated feeling somtimes, get moody a lot, weight gain more in my mid section, getting a little memory problems.....just feel like crap anymore! I was told I had endometriosis, I do take synthroid which was checked 3 months ago and adjusted up higher....Could this be the beginning of perimenopause?? Or does it sound like I need to see the doctor again?? My last visit was in August and all was fine...I was on lexapro a short time last summer for anxiety (so he says). I just haven't felt that well the last year! Any help??? Ideas?? Or am I just getting old! Thanks!

After I have sex the next day i feel like i have to pee and my vagina burns all day but barely any pee comes out...I know it's not an std because my partner & i were both tested recently, how can i get this to stop....it goes away after a few days of drinking lots of cranberry juice but i don't want to go through this everytime after having a good time...someone PLEASE help!

Me and my partner had unprotected sex on Jan 7 this year. It was my first time. I started the nuvaring this month after my period came almost 2 weeks last month to regulate it. I started itching really bad a few days ago to relieve it and now I have about 7 painful bumps in the folds of my vagina. i was on a steroid bout a week ago, could this be a yeast infection from that? ive been on the nuvaring before so i dont think its from that. its extrememly painful i can barely walk. i DO NOT have an std. so please no answers like that

Alright so this is my problem, and I'm freaking out. I had sex around the first of December, and the condom broke, but I took the 'morning after pill' and about a week later I got my period. Then about 2 weeks later, I got my period again. Now after that is all over and done with, my breasts are still sore! Could I be pregnant? I have no clue...

i recieved my first depo shot at the end of august... i was suppose to go back and get it in nov but didnt... i started my period at the end of nov. and had it until the 2nd or 3rd week in dec... i havent had my period for this month an di was just wonding when i should exspect it again..and i know that i am not pregnant... should i be worried?

ok i have been on my period since dec 7!! i finally stopped on sat but then started again last night. i have been feeling really dizzy and been having really weird and painful headaches. everytime i turn around real fast i get real dizzy. even when i turn around in bed ill wake up feeling dizzy!! i have been bleeding heavy and light. i called my doctor and they are suppose to call me today. i am also really tired!! and feeling like this and trying to take care of a toddler isnt fun!! puh~lease help!!!

I am an 18 year old girl and I live with my dad. I have no female members in my close family after my mother passed away and have really been unable to talk to anyone about this sort of thing.
