I am at a loss for words on this one. I met a new girl (and really like her). I've noticed when having sex she has a nasty odor down there. I want to say something, but do not know where to begin on this one. Does anyone have any advice?

I have been taking the birth control pill Yasmin for just over 2 years and noticed after being off the pill for a few months in this span of time that I seemed to be more relaxed and experieced less anxiety when I was off the pill. Has anyone else experienced this or have any helpful knowledge about it?

I have heard over and over again that if a women has multiple partners her vagina will be "loose" and a man can tell that she is a "hoe" or "****" or whatever word you use in your respective culture. I always shake my head when I hear this because it doesn't make sense to me physiologically. Wouldn't having a baby do more damage then any penis could possibly do? But these same people claim that that is somehow different. I think it is an old wise tell, and I always challenged people on it, but everyone says I'm wrong, including women I've asked. I would like to hear from some kinda of medical professional or someone crediable if this is true or not. Thanks.

from the mid to lower part of my right side (down to and around my hip) i am getting a sharp pain...it seems to intensify when i walk or sit straight up, but does not go completely away when laying down (just hurts a little less). It hurts more when my stomach tightens (braxton hicks). I am not having and vaginal bleeding and the baby still seems to be active....i am just not sure if i should call my doctor or not. I know they will probbaly have me go get checked at L&D since it is 10 30 pm here and the docs office is obviously closed....ANYONE NO WHAT THIS MIGHT BE...OR WETHER I SHOULD CALL THE DOC?... it hurts enough to make me hunch over when i am standing, and when i walk i have to stop and sit down after a little bit...

I just was wondering how many of you have experienced a real bad bout with depression being on the bc pill. I have been on low dose and medium dose pills and both of them have the same effect on me. I'm just a huge emotional mess (crying, moddy, tired all the time and just feeling like my whole world is caving in on me.. it was baaaad). I've been off of them for about a month now and let me tell you I feel 150 percent better. I guess the reason I ask is because my stupid husband doesn't really believe that bc can cause depression in females that badly. I told him how I was feeling and he just looked at me like I was lying about it. So how many of you have had terrible bouts with it?

I started taking OrthoNovum 1/35 recently, after using the NuvaRing for 2 months,im on the 8th pill of my first pack,and starting yesterday I was having light pink/brown discharge.Today I have been having really bad cramping and bright red bleeding. Would this be considered break through bleeding?I have been on a few different types of birth control in the past 2 years and this has NEVER happened before.I know it is fairly common to break through bleed on bc in some women,but it's never happened to me before.I also have what I think is a yeast infection that started yesterday,but it hasn't been too bad today.Could the two be linked, and I in fact not have a yeast infection and it be something completely different?I have no STDs,just had my annual check-up 2 weeks ago so I know that is not anything to be worried about.I guess I'm just asking if this is anything to be worried about? Probably not,since I stress everything way too much, but maybe some comfort will help? Thank girls...

OK, I am 23, never been to a gyno, never had a pap test done, never had an exam on my vagina or any of my womanly organs....if i am not sexually active and still a virgin is it something that i really need to have done right now. I am absolutely terrified of it and the thought of that area being examined and something getting stuck up me honeslty makes me want to faint. What do doctors do if their patient is nervous while getting a pap done? can they give u anasthesia and put u to sleep? lol i cant even get a tampon inside me, what the heck does the doctor think shes gonna be able to do.../
