i heard that PC excersizes will make you "tighter".. what are they?

im doing it.. and it feels kinda.. weird.. is that normal?

nooo it doesnt hurt.. it just feels diffrent.

These type of exercises are called Kegels. To figure out which muscles you want to isolate, while you're urinating, stop the flow of urine. Make a mental note of which muscles you're using. Those are the ones you are going to squeeze when doing Kegels. Don't do Kegels while you're urinating though, just do it to figure out which muscles you want to isolate. You just squeeze those muscles, and that exercises them. You can do them in the car, at your desk, etc. Nobody can tell you're doing it, and you can do it anytime.

Nothing can really make you "tighter", but exercising and becoming aware of these muscles can make sex better.

It is the muscles in the vagina that you squeeze together like when you try to hold in your pee. You can squeeze that muscle repeatedly and it can tighten up that muscle, the same if you squeeze your arm muscle, it gets tighter with repitition. I do it to keep everything nice down there.

yes and kegels too which are tightening and relaxing of the vaginal muscles
