Yes you can. You can do anything that you normally do when you have your period. Just make sure that you wear a tampon.

yes you can. generally bleeding stops when u go into water or u bleed very less. but use a tampon for safety. they say not to swim because, generally in periods we get tired fast

Yes as long as you wear a tampon and don't swim near sharks cuz they are attracted to blood.

well that all depends on if you can use tampons, some people can't use them,if you can then you most certainly can swim. if you can't i wouldn't recommend going for a swim. it would embarrass you.

If you know how to swim then you can go swimming, but it's not recommended.

yes u can, but wear a tampon, if u can't wear that, better not swim coz it will also affect ur menstrual period after plus u are more prone to have vaginal infection..

you absolutely can..having lyour period doesn't mean you can do this and that...but it just means that your body is discharging some bodily wastes...
