well I would not expect the pill to protect you from pregnancy yet. As I recall you have your period on the 4th week, and it's usually a few days later. You need to have some kind of system to remind you to take your pill.

The Sunday-Saturday on the pill container is just to help us keep up with taking them everyday. They really mean nothing other than that. If you miss one pill, you are suppose to use another form of contraception for one week, two pills, another form for two weeks. If you miss three, you are suppose to discontinue that pack and start over on the Sunday after your period. Did you take the pills you missed when you remembered them? I am talking about missing two in a row or three in a row, not two or three throughout a three week period. If you haven't had sex, don't worry about it. Keep on taking the pills EACH DAY as you are now. It can take up to three months to get your periods regular when you first start them. If you have had sex and didn't use another form of contraception, stop taking them and take a pregnancy test. If negative, wait until you start and begin the first pill of a new pack on Sunday as usual. In addition to taking one EACH DAY, take them at the same time each day to keep the hormone levels even.

I hope that each of the times you missed a pill you took it as soon as you remembered, especially if you are sexually active. Hormones (the pill) really lighten up your periods. It probably isn't going to be as heavy as before, and will be irregular until the pill is established. If your period hasn't started by Sunday (when your pack starts over) do an over the counter pregnancy test before your dose. If negative, you can feel confident that you are not pregnant and should resume the pill.

It means you need to be more diligent about taking your pills. You've just started taking the pills, so don't sweat that you're on day 2 of the 'sugar pills' and haven't gotten your period...however if you had sex at any time during the month you were on the pills, and didn't use an additional method of birth control, you could be pregnant...

Normally I wouldn't get my period until the 3rd or 4th pill in of the. Don't forget that you have to take the birth control pill everyday for it to be effective, if you don't then your risking a pregnancy. Don't forget that the pill has to be taken at the exact time everyday in order for it to work!

Hopefully you doubled up on your pills after you discovered you had missed some (the one you missed + the one that was supposed to be for that day) if not you could be pregnant. But if you are stressing about it you could also not start from stress. If you have a dollar store close to you I would get a pregnancy test they are 99% accurate and that why you'll know.

You just asked this question, the answer is the same now as it was then! If you miss taking pills that often then you should talk to your doctor about other methods of birth control. If you think you are pegnant then get tested.

Well, it's really bad that you skipped pills. Your body isn't used to the new hormones yet... and skipping pills does NOT help.

Also, if you were having sex, you might be pregnant because you missed three pills. (The chances aren't very big, though, but it's still possible)
