I just recently asked this question, but I see that it needs some rephrasing. My girlfriend has been on birth control the past 3 years. She recently stopped after her last period. It has been about 6 weeks now, and she hasnt gotten her period yet. She called me tonight telling me this. Should I be worried that shes pregnant, or could it take this long to get her period?

About 6 weeks ago, my girlfried got off birth control. We have been sexually active since then, and she hasnt gotten her period. Her friends told her that it might take longer for her to get it since birth control regulates your period, but she thinks that by now she should have gotten it. She said she wasnt worried over the weekend, but brought it up to me tonight. Should I be worried also, or is it possible that it is taking this long.

Ok this is so embarssing! So I am a 19 year old girl who is trying hard to wait till marriage before having sex but I dont know if that is going to happen. My question is, when masterbating I can't stick anything past a certain point and it is driving me crazy. I try to push it in more but it is not doing anything. Now if I were to buy something like a vibrator and try to break through would that cause me any problems? Is it bad I can't stick anything past a certain point?

My mom is having really bad hot flashes and is making me and my daughter miserable by having the air conditioner on in NOVEMBER!!! My daughter is only 3 weeks old, you see... and I wanna know if it is legal to murder a woman who is having menopausal hot flashes, and if anybody ever heard of HogWild Spices? Ok, so I have this AWFUL question (that serves as a warning!) And I prefer only mature Women answer this.
Is there a way that I can tell if I've been r#ped?
When I think it might have happened it was a year or 2 ago. And I either thought or hoped that it was a dream. I'm still not sure if it happened. And it was my own father which makes it even harder to speak up, because what if I'm wrong and it never happened?? Every now and then I ketch him staring at me (even my friend has) and it really creeps me out. ..But I've never have had sex...would that help to tell if I have been raped or not? ...I don't have a docter...or really anybody to trust..
However, I'm not sure if this is important but my dad is known for drinking, drugs and cheating on my mom...

Please understand that I was terribly scared & still am so it's hard to really do anything...so on advice please don't blame me...

tried to respond to your query but the email wouldn't work. blood is supposed to clot, that is what it does when it is no longer circulating. So if you don't have severe pain and clots the size of your fist or larger, don't worry about it.

Is it normal for me to be more happy than normal before my period? I hear about how almost everybody is in a bad mood, has bad cramps, etc. i don't have any of those problems, and am usually more happy than normal before it starts. Is that normal???(I am 15 by the way!)

I feel so very tired all the time or most of the time anyways. I don't know why either? Could it be because I am 80 pounds overweight? I don't think I look that big or even feel that big. I barely exercise. I mean I push carts and bag groceries thats alot but after work I just feel like I want to sleep for days. Can any1 understand what I am going through? If not that is fine. Just curious, just got my flu shot today and this fact sheet the nurse gave me about the flu suggests that for the side effects you could take an Acetaminophen(like Tylenol).I just have a pretty good headache, thats all. But I'd much rather take an Ibuprofen instead if I could. the pills are smaller! I hate taking huge pills, afraid Ill choke on em or something! lol. But anyway, is it safe to take Ibuprofen right after getting the shot or should you really stick with a Acetaminophen like pill for now?

Ok well i'm 17 and im not pregnant and I do have a boyfriend and i'm sexually active and I use protection but sometimes I get heavy or light amounts of discharge in my underwear but I dont have any itchy or burning sensations is this normal because i'm really scared I may have something?? I've been pretty stressed out lately and I took a bath to give me time to relax, wind down, and think. I used an Avon, "Skin-So-Soft" bath oil and took a bath for 25 minutes to relax.

Then I drained hte tub, rinsed it, and took a shower to actually get clean and shower, since baths(especially with a little bit of oil - about 1 teaspoon like the bottle said) don't clean you, just open the pores.

I got out and as I was getting dressed, I noticed my areola's seem bigger. I was thinking it's just that my skin is absorbed with water and oils and it will go away.. but so far it hasn't gone away.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?
Do you think it WILL go away and it's just a temporary thing?

I'm worried and freaking out of it.

Does anyone else have those days when you are so tired and pmsing and you just want to tell everyone around you to leave you alone and sleep all day long? I am 13 years old and i have ddd breast know about two days ago I had alot of pain and found a knot and know it is about the size of a dime I told my mom and she said that if it got any bigger that we would go to the gyn and see wat it is but my mom and grandma have fibrosis breast ( hope that is wat it is ) it could be passed down but am still very afraid pls help if u are a doctor or a gyn pls tell me how to aproach it without being scared thanks for listening .
