This could also be very simple, related to caffeine intake or other stimulants, or a higher stress or anxiety level. Look for ways in which your eating habits and/or lifestyle have changed since the sweating began. These may be the culprit.

You didn't say your age, so could be peri-menopause but also if you are on any anti-depressants they could cause sweating as a side effect. Have you started new meds within the past 6 months?

I don't know your age,but if you are of menopause age my doctor recommend taking [ Black Coho sh Root]. I would certainly check with your doctor first.there are tests he could do to see how your hormone level is.
