Ten centimeters is 4 inches. I assume we are talking about diameter, so that is roughly the size of a baseball, or a small orange/large tangerine.
That's a good size cyst!

About 4 1/2 inches, about the size of a large lemon which is kinda big and needs follow up by a doc. It's actually bigger than an ovary normally is (3 - 5 cm in length)Here is a site with info on ovarian masses:

To put into the non-metric system....
One inch equals approximately 2.5 cm, so a 10 cm ovarian cyst would be approximately 4 inches across. Sounds big to me!

God forbid, but it can turn into tha big "C". Yu shuld see yur dr. Asap...& have it removed immediatley. If yu don't have children now...it can cause damage to your ovary. Please get it taken care of...women need to keep their legacy just as any man does!!
