My fiance and I have amazing sex. I have an incredible orgasm every single time. However, as soon as it's over - I start crying. It's not guilt, it's not that I'm not satisfied, it's like a let down that it's over. I don' t know how else to explain it. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it normal?

So i sit in class and i cant concentrate and when my friends talk 2 me like 5 min later i forgot what they said 2 me! I cant even sit hrough my ACT without startin 2 mark answrs cuz i just cant concentrate! Im 18 yrs old and i do belive i have ADD. I am 13 and have never had my period before. I have been getting discharge for abou a year now. Sorry if this is gross, but my discharge was brown yesturday and today. It is a light brown. Is it my first period? I had it one day, then it went away. Since it stopped could this be pre period spotting.

i had my period for a month at the same time it got heavier towards the end of the month then it whent away for about a week then it came back and ive hade it for two weeks when i had for a month the first tim i told my mom and got me a gyn apointment then it stop two days b4 it so she cancelled it then i got it again i just started geting my period this summer

....or at least someone who has actual experience with a similar condition. My mom, who is 79, went to the doctor for vaginal bleeding about 3 months ago. They performed an ultrasound and, then, a D&C. No cancer or even pre-cancer was found in the lab work. However, now she has started having the bleeding again. The doctor had told her that if she started bleeding again, she would probably need a hysterectomy. Why would this be if there is no cancer? What are other things that could be wrong? Should she get a second opinion? A hysterectomy sounds awfully invasive and risky for a woman her age, especially when there were no cancerous cells found. Any help would be appreciated.

One more detail....she has been on tamoxifen for a couple of years for breast cancer. I know that can cause issues in the uterus.
