i have a hard time taking out my tampons any easier way to get the out???

You may not be bleeding heavily enough for the absorbency you're using. Try a lower absorbency, there shouldn't be much white on the tampon when you take them out. Also try taking it out on the same angle you put it in.

Are you taking them out before they are soaked? I notice if I try to remove one when it's still very dry, it hurts.

Also, pull forward instead of downward.

try smaller ones.
