Ok, sounds like to me you have add, I know I was diagnosed with it like seven years ago and my parents had to take me to like alot of different doctors just to get that diagnoses. You usually talk to your regular doctor about it and he or she will refer you to a psychietriest, and no that does not mean that you are crazy or nuts or anything, they are just the doctors that specailize in add and adhd. Then he or she will give you some like easy tests and talk to you about your symptoms then if he or she decides you have add they can prescibe some medication. And trust me, the medication DOES help. Before they put me on the medication I couldn't concentrete, I almost failed the second grade, but once they put me on it, it was like I had such an easier time just paying attention to things...well good luck with your act

Prescription for Natural Cures (Balch & Stengler) suggests the following:
Essential Fatty Acids supplement; Phosphaidyl serine 300-500 mg daily; Calcium-magnesium-zinc pills 3x daily with meals; a probiotic daily; A B50 complex daily; a multiple vitamin daily. I would suggest grape seed extract or pycnogenol 100-200 mg per day in divided doses as well. See the book for a good discussion and additional material. Good luck!

It's possible, my son has ADHD and he forgets alot, he can't concentrate, he can't sit still, and it effects his grades in school. He's 16 years old but he's had it since he was 6 years old and he's been on medication since then. The best way to find out is to go to your doctor and talk to them about it and he can run some test, to see if you could take medication for it. It helps my son and I can tell when he don't it.

Does caffeine calm you down, or make you more hyper? If you have a headcold and take anything with pseudoephedrine in it, doe it calm you down, or make you hyper? Stimulants generally have the opposite effect in those with ADD - they help you focus. Go see a doctor about it.

Add may not exist. Doctors use this just so they can put a dignosis on you. ,,,,and make the parents happy.
