I have bad circulation in my legs, cellulite as far as my ankles!!! I know drinking more water, exercising and healthy eating help but i just read that having hot baths is bad...Is this true...i look forwards to my hot baths every night!

Hot baths are not good. You should try having baths that are lower in temperature. If you have cold feet then I suggest you get a doppler test on your legs, to find out the circulation in your legs and then if your results are good you can get the appropriate compression hosiery and this will help your circulation. If you don't start now problems will only occur like leg ulcers, varicose veins, cellulitis etc. These can happen at almost any adult age. It is not confined to the elderly.

Hot baths are good for circulation...it opens up the veins and arteries....I take hot baths all the time and i have bad circulation in my legs do to injuries from sports....I would not worry about it.. i think that it helps....Do you always believe everything you read??

What works best for circulation is going from hot to cold to hot water.

heat increases blood circulation dont see how a hot bath could be harmful unless the water is way to hot
