Ive hear it called many things but never a gusset .. change everyday and you have yellow crust on your gusset..

That's really gross! I can't imagine anyone in this day and age even asking such a question - have you no shame? Have a bath or shower everyday, or at least wash yourself all over and put on clean underwear everyday if you don't want to smell as bad as your pants must do ! If you don't have a washing machine you can use hot water in a bowl to wash your undies, or go to a launderette - or did you just ask this question to wind everyone up?

I'm guessing some kind of custardy type of food spillage?
Either that or as everyone points out...you're dirty and have some kind of yeasty, pus filled knicker infection type thing. Scrub up top and tails, clean your underkegs and go live a happy, crusty yellow (possibly old sperm from previous meetings) type thing on your gusset free life!

It's discharge and urine from your vagina. Make sure you wash down there every day and change your undies every time you wash. Also always change your pants. Why are you wearing them for more than a day? If you need more pants go shopping for some and make sure you wash them after wearing them. k?

It's called grime. The recomended removal system is called washing machine. To be used with laundry detergent and water. Recomended use after each 8 hour use or daily which ever comes first.

ohhhh pliz why do you wear your panties for more than one day? i think its some infection ,its advisable to bath and change underwear every day and you say its yellow you shld go and see a doc quick and pliz bath and change b4 going coz you cld give the poor doc a hard time

well there is only 1 thing to say u shuldnt be wearing ure knickers for more than one day that culd cause massive infections and will smell i would go see ure gp or maybe consider getting more pairs of knickers!!!!!!!!!

its probably pee and discharge, dont you wear underwear?? why are you wearing your pants for more than one day? If you must wear your pants for that long, try buying more, then you don't have to wear them like that.
