Yes, it is.
Ibuprofen has been shown to interfere with implantation; causing miscarriage.
Although, technically you have already been implanted, it's best not to press the issue because there have been no conclusive results indicating whether Ibuprofen can interfere with an already implanted egg.
Also-and this it the most important-every doctor will tell you, no. It's on the list of medications to avoid.

call and ask a dr ibuprofen can cause bleeding to the stomach if taken on a regular basis be careful of what you take it could damage the fetus

You should always check with your doctor to be on the safe side. But generally if you don't have other health problems, bleeding, that sort of thing... no. just as long as you follow the directions. But check with your doctor!
