I'm 35 years old and pregnant for the first time. I was just wondering if I really should have an amniocentesis. Did others have one? Did others not have one? Please advise

hello everyone I had posted an ad on a pain i had gotten for a couple days i went to the doctor he took and urine test and he said everythings ok but my problem is everytime i hold my urine when sleepping at night mostly i tend to feel my sides full and very strong pressure and very bad pain on my sides like my kidneys. when i go to the bathroom i sometimes urine a lot and sometimes a couple of drops. i also get pain when hold my urine. i dont want to tell anyone but the pain its getting worse. i doo feel the pressure from my sides go as i urine what can it be i am in another country and i am waiting to return to my country to go to my doctor. but what should i do to calm the pain at least a little.

As i said, Last injection was due 5th June.
I had terrible symtoms such as cramps extremely sore breasts mostly ever since jab was due.
Been to doc who said nothing wrong.
Anyway want to try for baby so waiting for periods to start.
14th August i thought i finally came on but it only lasted 24 hours.
18th August same thing again.
8th sept (Friday just gone) some spotting hardly anything.
So is this normal?
How do i know when im ovulating again so i stand a chance to concieve?
Oh and i have three children already so i know i can.
Anyone going through the same stuff locally who can chat and share would be nice too :0) ( Bury st Edmunds, Suffolk,U.K.)

So my boyfriend of 2 years and I took the "big step" about 5 months ago. We've been using condoms, but I'd feel better if I was on the pill, since my cousin has been telling me how effective it is. The problem is I'm not 18 yet. How do I talk to my perants and my doctor about getting on the pill? Are the exams really horrible, because I really don't like the thought of someone down there. If you have other suggestions about other types of birth control [I'm a bit past the abstinence stage so please keep that comment to yourself] and the horrible exam tips, feel free to tell me.

with cervical cancer and was told to try to conceive because there could be a big possibilty that i never would and i would have to have a histerectamy I'm a little off on the spellin sry but i havent ever had normal periods but as we speak I am on my period right now do i have a good chance of conceiving after my period ? i dont like having sex while I"m on my period what should I do help me I want a baby any advice would help

I was due for my LMP on 21/08/06 and I'm worried sick coz it hasn't arrived as yet. I did have a terrible itching last month which occurs sometimes just a few days before i menstruate but this time i didn't. Going to the Doc is out of the question for me. Wondering if I'll get my period this month. Has anyone ever experienced this? Do the periods come back to normal? I've had all the symptoms I usually have before i menstruate but not periods.

My boyfriend and I had sex the other night and we used a condom and it didnt break or anything it stayed on properly and all the sperm he ejaculated stayed inside the condom when he took it off but right after we had sex i checked my vagina and had white milky fluid. Is it his sperm?! or is it that female vaginal fluid is also white and milky??! There was quite abit of that milky white fluid. I am so worried

I don't know when it will happen and sometimes for a month my period is postponed!! As I remember when I was 14 or 15 years old I use to drink medicine to have a monthly period. But I stopped! And I was worried if there is no possibilty of having a baby because my period is not comming everymonth?? Im 19 now
