I'm kind of in the same boat, I have HPV, but I haven't been diagnosed with cervical cancer. I have to go back for my second colposcopy this week and I'm scared to death that the cells will come back because if they do I will probably have to have a hysterectomy and I want to have at least two kids. I am 22 now, but I was 6 weeks pregnant when I miscarried on June 16th of this year so now I want to concieve just in case. But if you choose to concieve now I would really respect you and based upon a 28 a day cycle you should have sex around the 14th day of your cycle. Meaning, day 14, 16, and 18 I would suggest. But good luck with whatever you decide.

Ovulation occurs a few days before your period.

Cervical Cancer in girls 10-18 occurs when a girl has many sexual partners and has sex at an early age. If you like having sex a baby will interfere with that. I would think a hysterectomy would be better for you, although I have read you have less intense orgasms and you are not as tight. Given your risk factors I would strongly recommend the hysterectomy.

I think that this is why we need to educate girls about the HPV vaccine. You need to talk to her before she has to make this kind of decision.

What kind of a nut job doctor would tell an 18 year old to get pregnant?
This story sounds very made-up. Hysterectomies for cervical cancer are extremely rare...
