I wash three times a day use summer eve products. my question is they have a product called films it's just like douche except it a dry fold you insert into your vigina. have any one use that product before if so how did you like it. or do you know any other products that gives you the same result as douche

I take a very rapid (walked fast) walk and when done, my chest tightened.

facts:

I haven't walked in 3 months
I am overweight
I was not out of breath

To me it is probably nothing, but my chest is still tight (and I walked over an hour ago).

I had a hysterectomy several years ago. I have been on estrogen for quite a few years. Ive heard so much about it not being good for you. Do you just go off or start taking something natural? I was hoping I could get some weight off if I quit.

So, I had my first period yesterday, I THINK. It was pretty sudden, and REALLY heavy for a few hours, then this morning, nothing. Gone. What's up? Is this really a period, or is it something else? Is this normal?

My friend came into first period on Friday saying that this wkend, her b/f was going to give her oral. We all told her that was nasty, and she said she wouldn't do it. Today she called me saying that they did go ahead and do it, and afterward he told her she smelled like acid down there. I told her she should talk to her mother about going to get checked out by her doc. She got mad at me and hung up. What should I do? I was just trying to help. :(

My mom is going to have me go to her gyno and I'm in a LOT more pain at that one point in the month. The first 1 or 2 days are more heavy (heavier than usual). Is there anything I can do to reduce the pain?

So I'm on the last active pill of my pack and when I popped it out it fell on my carpeted floor and then I took it...if the pill looked ok, as in I didn't see any pieces of it missing, I'm ok, right? The pills wouldn't break so easily right?
