Take it from another woman. This will be with you a long time. I used to feel the same way. I was recommended Spirolina at the health food store. a certain seaweed herb. I swear it really helped me. both in my depressed mood and the water and fat. I used to be ultra depressed and cry.
As you come to terms with this issue. You want to make sure you treat yourself with TLC. Buy a new magazine. book. some cereal to munch. drink fruit water or tea instead of soda .coffee may make you more sensitive emotionally. finish a project since seeing it completed always elevates the mood. watch romantic movies. and you have my permission to eat some ice cream. or a candy bar. make a special meal. or bake a cake or cookies just to take to work or friends. When you are doing nice things. you automatically feel better. Take it from me
