YES, men (and some women) rarely show signs of a infections like this unless it is a contact condition(on the skin),and you can tell if it's in the mouth because you'll have what looks to be a whitish/yellow coating on the tongue(Thrush).
It's always better to get treatment for the both of you,so you partner doesn't have to get repeat treatment ,that could be useless because the bacteria can mutate and become drug resistant...

No unless you have been infected. You can have your doctor do a culture to see for sure.

Your girlfriend/wife should get a home treatment like Monistat or a perscription for Diflucan to cure the infection and you shoud not have sex till she is better, for her sake and yours.

Yes. You may have it, and get an infection and not display symptoms. You can actually reinfect her several times. You need to see a doctor, just to be safe.

if she got miconizol cream it wouldnt hurt for you to apply a little on that area. also wash your hands very well and once she is cured make sure you wash your hands before and after, and any sex toy, you use, with antibacterial hand soap. because those infections are very very common and getting it from hands is the easiest way, also wash your penis after sex with that soap too. and do not have sex until she is cured.

You could get it from her, but it isn't as much of a problem for a man, because everything is external. Normal washing usually takes care of it.
