Yes, a Condom is used to Proventing Pregnacy. Like the old wise tale, "No glove no love" All though these types of things are not always 100%. They can always tear, and whatever.

The safest is not doing anything that requires it. Condoms are not a 100% effective against pregnancy. If you are not ready to pay then best not play.

Yes it is pretty safe to prevent pregnancy, but accidents still happen. So you have to be prepared for it breaking or slipping off or something like that.
