hello everyone I had posted an ad on a pain i had gotten for a couple days i went to the doctor he took and urine test and he said everythings ok but my problem is everytime i hold my urine when sleepping at night mostly i tend to feel my sides full and very strong pressure and very bad pain on my sides like my kidneys. when i go to the bathroom i sometimes urine a lot and sometimes a couple of drops. i also get pain when hold my urine. i dont want to tell anyone but the pain its getting worse. i doo feel the pressure from my sides go as i urine what can it be i am in another country and i am waiting to return to my country to go to my doctor. but what should i do to calm the pain at least a little.

Don't wait to see your doctor. Get a second opinion from another doctor if the one you saw stopped at just a urine test. It could be something serious. Good luck

Motrin (Ibuprofen) is an anti inflammatory medicine.
Drink cranberry juice or take cranberry pills if you don't like the juice, stay away from soda pop, which has been known to irritate the bladder in some people. Try to go without caffeine for a day or two and see if the symptoms go away.
Kidney stones? Look on Google.com and read up on it.
