I recently started school this last month and I usually have a regular period. I took a pregnancy test this morning but it was negative. I'm only like 5 days late but I'm still scared I might be pregnant. Could stress on school affect your menstrual cycle?

okay, so i was in class and for some reason i felt uncomfortable, then after a minute or two, i noticed, my bra was undone! nobody was around me and even if there was, i would have noticed. luckly, i was wearing a sweater so it wasn't too noticable.. but why did this happen, like, im so confussed!

i had an intense workout one day and when i got home i noticed some spotting in my underwear. this isn't normal for me and everything else down there seemed fine. has that ever happened to you and is it ok, or should i see my doctor? it hasn't happened since but i havent exercised either because i'm worried. please help, thanks!

This might sound crazy or ignorant even but is there any way to make your period shorter? Most of the time mine lasts 4 or 5 days. I haven't started yet this month but I'm due any day now. I HAVE to be done by Thursday. Is there anyway to shorten my period and make it only 3 or 4 days? We're going on vacation on Thursday and if I'm not done by then, we're not going and this is the last week we have free to go on a vacation so it's now or never.
