This is what exactly will happen... 6 or 7 days after taking the PLAN B pills you will bleed like if it was your period, but its just the hormones you took, about 20 or so days later you should get your period. But once you get the bleeding, you can be sure you are not pregnant. But whether you will get pregnant greatly depends on the day of your cicle, and how long after you had sex you took the pills.

You bleed. It's pretty much a period. The point is that your uterus cleans itself out so that no possilby pertilized egg can implant on the wall and result in a pregnancy. It prevents pregnancy from even happening. It causes pretty heavy bleeding and often moderate cramping.
