If you have not had a yeast infection of bladder infection before you should go to a GP or STD clinic to check that it is. This is because many of the symptoms can be similar for various STDS.
They will be very used to women coming to see them with whatever you have so there is no need to feel embarassed whether it turns out to be a yeast infection or an STD.

A yeast infection can have no symtoms or on different women can be itchs and make your lips more red. You can get a lot of cottage cheese type discharge. One of the best cures for this that i have found is spreading a little tea tree oil on your lips and internally. It is very effective and cheaper than a prescription for a tablet and less messy than using yoghurt. You need to be careful not to use to concentrated tea tree oil as that will sting too much. Tea tree oil stings a bit anyway but it clears it up very quickly.

There are other bacterial infections that lead to yellow green discharge with a bad odour. This is called bacterial vaginosis and is also very common.

Bladder infections - they hurt when you pee.
A really common one is cystitus. Many women get this after sex because bacteria from the vagina or anus has come into contact with the urethra (wee hole) in between the clitoris and vaginal opening. This is very common and you can either take a tablet or take loads of cranberry juice. Also you should always wipe your vagina from front to back not back to front. This makes sure no bacteria from your bum is accidentally brought into contact with your urethra.

However, if you are unsure what you have check it out with a doctor or nurse. You can ask for a female if you want, and you can get a friend to go with you if you are nervous.

What ever you have i am sure that they can cure it very quick.

Good luck.

yeast infections show pain in the lower stomach usually and bladder infections show pain when you urinate .sometimes a slight showing of blood also. see a Dr . drinking cranberry juice is real good . but don't wait too long because the longer the wait the longer it will take to cure either.if you don't feel better after drinking cranberry juice if you like it then see a DR, give it about three days, and drink the juice at least twice day . a glass full each time. more if you want.
