yes yes yes. i had to have an ovary removed due to adhesion's and cysts. doctor told me i would probably never get pregnant 5 weeks later a positive result and since then i have had another. so i say go girl and don't let anyone tell you it is impossible.

Yes. The two ovaries (in a woman who has two) "take turns" releasing an egg each month. You would probably only be fertile every other month, but the body is unpredictable so I wouldn't use that info as birth control.

with one ovary your body compensates from alternating between two ovaries each month, to having that one ovary release an egg each month. so therefore, it would be no different. having one ovary is no different than having two. go to the mayo clinic website and research this for yourself, they answer this question directly.

Yes as long as you have an ovary you can still get pregnant... it may be harder but it is possible

Yes, but ovulation likely occurs once every other cycle, so timing can be tough.
