i was on the depo shot for four and a half years and it took me eight months to get my period back and then another fourteen months before it was regular. It all depends on how long you've been taking it and how your body reacts to it. I was told that it could take three months to a year. try asking your doc. good luck

That depends on you. Some women get their period within a month, others take up to 3. If it takes any longer than that to have any sort of period at all, you should see a doctor. Also, it takes many women up to a year after getting off Depo to concieve.

Well its been 7 months since my last injection and no period yet. Found out that it can take up to a year.

i had the depo a year ago and i had peroids like ever three months. but now im regular. but it al depends on your body.
