does anyone know specific workout plans that help you to gain weight and specific foods that help you to gain weight. im looking to gain about 10 lbs. i know it will take a while. please don't tell me to ask a doctor or anything i just want to know workout plans and foods that help to gain weight.

hi i just got back from babysitting the house got broken into while i was outside with the kids so i was on the same property. the house i babysat for has guns in their house (cause the husband hunts) and they think theyve gone missing. imagine if i walked in to get something like a diaper or something and by then he had found the gun and was armed with the bullets that were stored beside to gun? its possible but lucky i didnt go in or even if i had to go to the bathroom. when i came back all the drawers from every dresser,cabinet & jewelry box were across every floor .. clothes were scattered and things had been taken. The movie we had watched before going in the pool was gone seeing as the dvd played was stolen. dont worry i called the parents and we called police and everyone else. but isnt that scary? i just need comforting cause just thinking of what could have happened is rattling me. help :(

I got my first period the end of july and your next period occurs usally when the last one did!! Well, That is when school starts!! im in 8th grade and the teachers at my school are kinda strict and it is very hard for them to write u a hall pass to go the bathroom!!!
