I am not open to my dad and my mom is well dead and i am 13 and i wear a size 32b (i think) i am 5 feet tall and 105 pds

They're smaller than mine were at 13; I was a 36C, and the same height and weight as you are now. So it could always be worse!
No, you can't stop your periods from coming. It's healthy and normal, and your body needs it to happen.
I think you need to find a female grown up you can talk to about things like periods and bras; maybe an aunt, a teacher, a school nurse, a school counsellor, an older girl from a Big Sister organisation, a friend's older sister, a friend of your mother's, a Kid's Helpline, a female doctor, or someone like that.
I know it's awkward and embarrassing, but older women and girls will want to help you and give you the guidance you need. You shouldn't be going through these things all alone.

No, they aren't. You are the same size I was at that age. And no, you can't stop your period. You need to find a female adult to talk to...Do you have an aunt or a neighbor you can talk to? Maybe a friend's mom? Or even a school counselor. This is not a good place for you to get advice about your body, there are too many weirdos.....

naahh you don't! and no you can't stop your period from comming sorry just not possible unless you have something wrong like an infection or sumthing wrong with your female parts!! my mom says if that happens you need to go see a doctor!! she says periods are blessings! and she also says that it shows that your able to have a baby when it's time(when your married) lol and she says everybody loves big boobs!! think of the play boy girls and the ppl off of the nasty tapes how much guys like that!! lol but if you want to talk to me email me or IM me at tickledpink556@yahoo.com if you have any questions cause i can totally help my mom can tell me what to say if you need mommy help lol im only 12 but who cares!! :P IM OR EMAIL ME PLEASE I NEED A FRIEND ANYWAYS!! Don't worry, it is fine. 32b is not that big. I don't think you can stop your period from coming. This is natural, you have to bear with it if you are born with a female body.

no not at all they might look that way if u have no junk in the trunk.
dont stop ur period from coming!! unless u dont want to have THE TALK where u have to wish u were somewhere else anywhere else....

Nope...only if you take birth control. But that will mess you up. My boobs were that size when I was 13.

don't fixate too much on your boobs girl. be thankful with what God has given you.
no you can't stop your period from coming. just buy sanitary napkins and prepare for it.

well im 13 and i would say youre boobs are fine. maybe birth control
