does anyone know specific workout plans that help you to gain weight and specific foods that help you to gain weight. im looking to gain about 10 lbs. i know it will take a while. please don't tell me to ask a doctor or anything i just want to know workout plans and foods that help to gain weight.

Start weight training by doing reps at a weight where you can only do a maximum of 8-12, and do this in sets of 3 - 5. Once you get used to that weight, and feel you could to more reps, increase the weight by 5-10%. Do minimal cardio vascular activity except for a 5-10 minute warm up before weight training since cardio burns fat and makes you lose weight. For eating, eat a healthy diet (as much as fast food and junk food do make people fat -it's not a healthy way to gain weight). Eat a lof of protein to help build muscle and try protein bars and powders that are rich in calories for gaining weight (ie. try Mammoth 2500).

Your best bet is to drink that ensure vitamin liquid.
LIft weights will give u muscle tone that weighs more then fat.

eat a healthy diet, rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals, be sure to excercise becuz i dont think you would want to look fat. try running everyday. good luck

You want to gain weight...but not fat. You want to stay in shape.
