i would venture to say no. If you are bleeding more than once a month, first make sure your period has stopped completely before another one started. Your cycle may be ir-regular go to your gyno.

Not really; sometimes an ovary might release two eggs at once (this is how fraternal twins are created). Normally, though, only one egg per cycle is released. A woman on fertility drugs may ovulate multiple eggs at once.

A woman can ovulate more than one egg at once, if that's what you are asking. That's where fraternal twins come from :-)

yes. ovulation occurs quite consistently 14 days( plus or minus 2 days) before your next menstrual period begins, wether your cycles 20 days long, 28 days long or even 35 days long. you should know 'rhythm' charts.
