I do not think you have a problem, but it sounds like you have a compulsion. you are probably trying to fill a void in your live. Ask yourself what you would be doing if you weren't compulsively masturbating. IE: developing a social life, or maybe even something more frightening like a sex life. Figure out what you are avoiding and you will know what it is you should be doing. Once you have accomplished this you will masturbate appropriately, meaning occasionally to give yourself pleasure or to scratch an itch when you are horny.
