I'm a huge basketball fan and my favorite player is injured with Plantar Fasciitis.

I hear it is the most common sports injury, but what exactly is Plantar Fasciitis, how is it caused, and how long would it take to recover ?

I have diabetes and it runs 160 most of the time,
I drank sweet tea a lot, and I take diabetes medicine, but if I go a few hours without drinking the sweet tea, my diabetes drop to under 50.
I am wondering if I stop drinking sweet tea, would I even need to take the medicine.
I see a Dr. allot, but she doesn’t say anything about it. Just gives me the med’s.

I have this one bump on my thigh just below my butt and it gets bigger and painful when I'm on my period. And just recently I got another one on my right cheek. It started out as a blackhead but it got bigger and painful like the other one because I kept touching it to see what it was. Neither one will go away. Can anyone tell me what it is and how I can get rid of it?

I'm not sure if this is normal, since I have never had it happen before, so I need some advice.
This evening I THINK I started my period, except it is very odd in that the blood is very light red and it is spotting, and not a very heavy flow like I am used to normally when my period begins. I have also never had blood that light colored before. I am a virgin. Is this normal? Please I would like SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!!

My neighbor and i are really close, she is 32. Im 14.
