My mother had one and it put her out of work for a very long time. A few months if I recall. But I don't know exactly what one is but if you had one you would hurt all the time. Go see your doc to be sure.

A hernia for a woman is the same as a hernia for a man which is usually noticed as a lump, commonly in the groin or the umbilical region. It appears when a portion of the tissue which lines the abdominal cavity breaks through a weakened area of the abdominal wall. Best way to check if you have a hernia is to have a check up either with your GP or at the hopsital

a hernia will hurt no matter what you do. (without sneezing!). if you have a hernia there will be a bump in the lower abdominal region. if you have one, i suggest you go see a doctor!

were you constipated? need to take some prune juice and got to the doctor....
