I have this one bump on my thigh just below my butt and it gets bigger and painful when I'm on my period. And just recently I got another one on my right cheek. It started out as a blackhead but it got bigger and painful like the other one because I kept touching it to see what it was. Neither one will go away. Can anyone tell me what it is and how I can get rid of it?

probley a boil, use a warm compress on it daily and it should come to the surface then you can either pop it, or go to docs and have it lanced, DO NOT lance it or puncture it with any foriegn material or you will get an infection! Im a nurse and have seen to many dummies that do that and end up septic and hospitalized.

If it truly is acne, try using neutrogena acne wash back there. It is orange, in a pump bottle. You did not say how large the spots were or if they break open or not. If they blister or break open and you are sexually active, or if the acne wash does not help, you should visit your doctor. You could have a sexually transmitted disease or you could be getting boils. Either way your doctor can prescribe you something. Good Luck and feel better!

Sorry, my dear but this is something that for certain requires medical intervention. It may be a simple boil or at worst a cyst. Make an appointment with your family doctor. Take care of yourself.

Go to the DR. it could be a boil or a cyst. Do not try and bust it open it could get infected.

Sounds like a pylonidal cist. Go get it checked out.

Its probably just a pimple. go to the gyno to make sure its not herpes. its not unusual to have pimples on every part of your body. touching it will just keep it oily and make it grow bigger if its a pimple

try sitting a very hot car , or heat it up with a ciggarette , I use pliers on my bumps , I twist them off with hot vice grips , or get a hot razor and slice it open , and see what is in it , then vacume it out

is probably a sist, you will have to go to doctor to get it taken care of ....good luck
