I am a female. I am slightly overweight. I dont smoke neither drink alchool. I have 3 children. I started have water retention after my third child. What can I do to get rid of it ? Since I am trying to loose weight.

I've heard about and seen vids of, women that can ejaculate or "squirt". I'm fascinated by this, and was wondering what percentage of women can do this, and does it occur everytime, but more to the point, why does this occur? I mean men ejaculate for a reason what purpose, if any, does it serve?

I had been on birth control for the last 7 years. I last used my bc last sept, since then I have had some sort of period (bleeding/spoting) probably 20 days out of every month. Went to 2 different doctors and they both put me on provera (to help regulate my cycle) and had me doing ovulation tests (to see if I am ovulationing). Not alot of chance maybe a few days less of bleeding/spoting, but for 14 days I used the ovulation tests and got the double line (with one slightly lighter). the box says this means i have not hit my hormone surge yet, the doctor said it had to be a false positive since it could not happen like that. this is getting really old and nothing seems to help, any thought or suggestions? the doctor said I could use clomid to force ovulation to happen but I dont want to go that route right now. I would like to get my body back to being normal so that I can try to get pregnant without the use of medicine. I am open to alternative ideas.

Arg i get extremely bad cramps everytime my period comes usally for the first 3 days and i always flow really strong. Tomorrow i am going swimming and im too afriad to use a tampon any comforting words?? Ive been laying in bed all day with a heating pad but the cramps are still really bad. Plus i use midol and it doesnt seem to work at all. During my period i also always feel really tired and i dont want to have that feeling tomorrow cause i want to have some fun. Please help if you can. It hurts, im tired and i need some help. Thank you much.

its not aboil bc theres no head, i think its a lymph node, could it possibly be breast tissue.. the pain is soo horrible i can barely put my right arm all the way down. when i put a warm cloth on it gets alittle better, but during the day, my elbow aches and my fingers get signs like carpel tunnel syndrome, im only 23!! does anyone know what this is or have had something like this before??
