Prop your feet up and wear support hose (those sock things that go up to your knees.) If it's really bad, you might need diuretics or something from your doctor--definitely see your doctor if your feet really hurt or feel numb or tingly. While you're pregnant, you have hormones to loosen up all your tendons and stuff to let you give birth (part of the whole "dilated fully" bit when you're about to give birth.) Unfortunately, most women's feet get bigger after pregnancy and stay that way. You might have just gotten an extra dose after your third pregnancy and your feet stayed bigger and prone to swelling. Try to lose the weight and drink LOTS of water--if you don't have enough water in your body, your body holds onto the water you have, and that's water retention. But if you try all this and have no success, time to go back to the doctor. Swollen feet can be a bad sign or bad on their own.

Drink alot of water, I know you already have too much water retention but the more you drink the more you will pee. Also take a water pill like diurex or something, that might help.
