Yes, it is possible.

Most girls have an annular hymen (one central opening), but it is possible to have a cribrifrom hymen (several small openings) or a separate or septate hymen (dual openings).

All are perfectly normal, the annular is just the most common.

Some girls are born with no hymen at all, and others are born with a hyman with no opening. This is rare, but it does happen.

It isn't possible...the hymen is a thin membrane, it wouldn't be possible to have a hole in it....
